Calling all young musicians aged 10–18 in Laois, Offaly, and Northern Ireland
Are you mad about music and ready to embark on an incredible journey?
The Isle of Song Project is a unique initiative bringing together 50 young musicians from across Ireland to collaborate, create, and perform original music.
To participate, you must:
- Be aged 10–18
- Reside in Laois, Offaly, or Northern Ireland
- Be passionate about music (singing, playing an instrument, or music creation)
- Commit to attending all sessions
- Bring your instrument and/or voice
- Embrace your creative spirit!
All meals, transport, and accommodation are fully covered, and the programme is completely free thanks to funding from Creative Ireland/Creative Youth’s Shared Island Fund.

What's Involved
- Form a band: Join forces with other aspiring musicians from across the island
- Create an album: Write, record, and release your own original music with your bandmates
- Immerse yourself: Experience two exciting residential music camps in stunning locations
- Grow as an artist: Receive expert guidance and one-on-one mentorship from professional musicians
