Witness the incredible "Big Maths Gameshow" with Kyle D. Evans, where humour meets the wonders of mathematics in an interactive spectacle for families. Dive into the extremes of our planet with Mark Langtry in the enthralling "Limitless" science show.
Wander through interactive exhibits from the Nerve Centre, Ulster University, Kainos and more, including hands-on activities like invertebrate identification and digital game design. Experience cutting-edge virtual reality, dive into water cycle experiments, and explore hidden sounds with sonic workshops. It's a perfect day for curious minds of all ages, packed with educational fun and inspirational activities.
There will be two repeated sessions on the day so you can choose either 10am or 1pm when booking.
The Big Maths Gameshow
An hour-long interactive performance for kids aged 7+ and their families, using humour and competitive games to communicate the joy of numbers!
The Big Maths Gameshow has been devised, written and performed by award-winning maths communicator Kyle D Evans, who has toured similar family maths shows the length and breadth of the UK, including venues such as London’s Science Museum and Royal Institution, and several runs at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Limitless
Discover a world of limitless possibilities and embark upon a scientific expedition with climate Scientist and Broadcaster, Mark Langtry, aka ‘The Science Guy’. This high energy, interactive show will kickstart you into action, help you feel powerful about the future and inspire you to make a positive impact on our world!
