Now, hear our voice... through art!

Take part in a protest placard making workshop during the opening weekend of We Can Do Better and add your voice to a chorus that seeks to inspire change and reflection.

This unique event will take place within the historic ruins of Downhill House, amidst a display of original placards from 'The Kindred Collective' — the group of young women who collaborated with artist Joe Caslin on the project. Protest placards are an expression of the voices of our young people, spotlighting the issues that are most important to them.

The workshop will focus on the project’s four themes: our lived experience of Northern Ireland, suicide and mental health, femicide and gender based violence and our hopes and morals.
