‘Connect’ With Good Relations Week 2025

‘Connect’ With Good Relations Week 2025
Niall Kerr

Good Relations Week 2025 takes place from 13–19 October, and this year’s theme – ‘Connect’ – celebrates the vital links between people, places and communities that inspire positive change across Northern Ireland.

Organised by the Community Relations Council, the week is a powerful platform to showcase the programmes and projects that are building bridges and strengthening community relations.

The theme recognises that meaningful progress begins with connection — whether between individuals, across communities, or through shared values and experiences that shape a better future for everyone.

I’ve been proud to represent Nerve Centre on the steering committee for the past few years, championing the role of arts, culture and digital engagement in peacebuilding and community transformation.

Good Relations Week also gives us a valuable opportunity to highlight our work through a wider public campaign.
