This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains We Can Do Better (“WCDB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) policies in relation to Personal Information collected from users of the WCDB Augmented Reality (AR) app.

We take the privacy of users of the WCDB AR app seriously. We will obtain, retain and process information (including your personal and sensitive data) in accordance with the applicable law. We respect your right to privacy and we understand that, as a user of the WCDB AR app you will not share any personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

Users will be asked to give location permissions; this is critical to the functionality of the app to allow users to view the experience at Downhill House. The majority of use cases will require background location, including implementation of geofencing to enable you to listen to audio stories in the house.

Audio recordings created by users through the app will be contained in a secure online content management system held off device with no identifiable information associated with it. And audio recording functionality within the app is optional and completed with the consent of the user. If you wish for your recording to be deleted please contact info@nervecentre.org

Location information will not be stored or used by third parties. The app does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Information device will be collected solely for the purpose of performing analysis and crash reports. We use location on device to safeguard the content of the app. The app does not track or store any personal identifiable information.

Please note that while we do not explicitly collect personal information, we will treat any information held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all applicable laws and regulations governing the protection and privacy of personal information.

Children's Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

Changes to our Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time with or without prior notice by posting new terms on the nervecentre.org website. We will only use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.

If you regularly use the WCDB app you should continue to check this Privacy Policy for updates and amendments, as you will be deemed to have accepted the changes if you continue to use the WCDB app after any changes have been posted.
