Join the Power Plants project team for an exciting live lesson for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 pupils to explore the incredible world of wildflowers and pollinators. With experts from the Eden Project, you’ll discover why wildflowers are essential for biodiversity and get practical tips on planting your own.
Then, dive into an engaging hands-on coding session using MakeCode Arcade, where you’ll design your very own wildflower pollinator-themed game. Perfect for budding gardeners and young coders alike, this interactive session combines nature, creativity, and technology for a fun and educational experience!
- Suitable for KS2 and KS3 pupils.
- This workshop requires pupils to have access to devices with the internet: iPads, Chromebooks or PCs will all work as the software is web based.
- No prior coding experience or knowledge of Makecode Arcade is necessary.
