Cultivating the next generation of coders!
If your children are interested in coding, we have the perfect after school club for you. At our new Creative Learning Hub, every Wednesday afternoon for four weeks children can learn the basics of coding through designing their own retro game.
Throughout this free, four-week programme, children will build new skills in using creative technology. No prior experience is necessary.
What's Involved
- Learning the basic functions of web-based coding platform MakeCode Arcade, single-board computer Raspberry Pi and retro game consoles
- How to design and execute a games idea and work with others
