Become a post-production pro
If you're a young filmmaker with big ideas, but need a little help executing them — this session is for you.
Discover After Effects and how this programme can be used to make the impossible appear possible in post-production. You will learn how to augment camera footage into a completely new piece of work.
Explore, the exciting world of visual effects using state-of-the-art software under the guidance of industry professionals.

What's Involved
- Work with your own footage: This session will allow you to bring footage of your own and work on sequences creating digital visual effects potentially for use in your own film
- Beginner friendly support: No previous visual effects experience is necessary, the session will begin with a introduction to the user interface and take you through the workflow necessary to work with footage in post production
- Master the basics: With these session you will become familiar with After Effects through basic compositing, using stock VFX assets to create visual effects, and navigating the software
- Explore endless possibilities: See how experienced creatives use this software to make the impossible appear possible on screen

- Understand the medium: Gain knowledge of different VFX disciplines like live action film, animation and visual effects
- Develop your portfolio: Learn how to confidently discuss your work and add new creative work to your portfolio that will assist you in future applications
