Curious about real-time 3D, but not sure where to start?
Delivered by: Aura Studios — Josh McAvoy and Eoin Peel

On this beginner friendly day you will build an interactive scene from scratch and learn the essentials step by step.
This beginner friendly skills session introduces the essentials of Unreal Engine through clear, practical exercises. Across the day you will set up a fresh project, place and move objects, add light and colour for readability, and create a simple on-screen interaction.
You’ll also learn how to bring in ready-made assets and save your work in a tidy way so you can continue after the session.
The workshop focuses practical hands-on learning, so you leave with a small interactive scene and the confidence to build on it.
Who it’s for
Filmmakers, producers, artists and designers who are new to Unreal Engine. No prior experience is required. Basic computer skills are enough.
Access and follow-up
The venue is wheelchair accessible. A short recap and resource pack will be shared afterwards so you can continue at your own pace.
