Langdale Primary School in Ambleside, Cumbria, emerged as winners of the 'My Best School Trip' at the 2023 School Travel Awards ceremony in London.
Their visit to the Nerve Centre's Our Place in Space sculpture trail left a profound impact on both students and staff, earning them this prestigious recognition.
Reflecting on the impact of the trip, Head Teacher Rachel Underwood said:
"The awe and wonder etched across the children’s faces was beyond rewarding. It was a complete contrast to where our children live and learn and we felt privileged to have enabled them the opportunity to experience such culture."
