Nerve Centre is embarking on the redevelopment of Magazine Studios at 5–6 Magazine Street, which is being transformed into modern student accommodation.
To support this transformation, Nerve Centre is seeking expressions of interest from experienced suppliers for the immediate provision of construction materials. Specifically, they are looking to source:

PVC windows

Aluminium external doors

Internal doors
-
Sanitary ware
-
Tiles
Interested suppliers are invited to register their interest by emailing selectlist@nervecentre.org, quoting “Magazine Studios Materials tender” in the subject line.
Tender specifications will be issued shortly after the deadline. All requests for tender packages must be received no later than 4pm on 21 May 2025.
