Digital Communications Manager (Good Relations) *Maternity Cover

The Digital Communications Manager will work across a broad portfolio of projects and digital platforms within the Nerve Centre, as well as developing and delivering the organisation’s communications, PR and marketing plans. The role has a special focus on good relations projects and ensuring a good relations ethos is reflected throughout the organisation's communications channels. Among many other projects, you will be the communications lead for our major culture programme Making the Future (www.makingthefuture.ie) which is being delivered by Nerve Centre, National Museums NI, Public Record Office NI and Linen Hall Library funded through SEUPB.

This is a fixed-term, maternity cover position that is available immediately until the end of January 2022 with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in digital communications. The post is supported by Community Relations Council core funding and the EU’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

Digital Communications Officer (Creative Centenaries)

Nerve Centre is home to the Creative Centenaries project. Creative Centenaries is an online resource and digital creativity hub using resources to reflect on key anniversaries in Ireland’s Decade of Centenaries. Throughout 2021, Creative Centenaries will act as a platform for engagement, information and resources for the general public and stakeholders around the centenary of the formation of Northern Ireland. www.creativecentenaries.org

This is a full-time, fixed-term position that is available immediately until the end of March 2022 with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in digital communications. The post is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
