Our Food, Our Place
Our Food, Our Place brought together participants from minority ethnic and religious backgrounds to share their stories of migration and life in Northern Ireland.
About the Programme
Over the course of five weeks, the group of participants on this programme shared family stories, recipes, and music and took part in a cooking demo with chef Ellie Kisyombe, founder of Our Table in Dublin, a social enterprise which aims to create a connected and inclusive community through food.
Their recipes, music, and stories were then turned into a unique recipe book for all to enjoy.
