Continuing the Our Place in Space intergalactic journey we travel across the Irish Sea to Cambridge in August, where the trail starts in Midsommer Common, heading out along the Cam Towpath, ending in Waterbeach.

So, as you stroll along the riverside, you can meet Mars, nod to Neptune and say hi to Saturn with your feet, wheels, skates... firmly on the ground!

So, what exactly is Our Place in Space?

Centred around an epic scale model of the solar system designed by the artist Oliver Jeffers with scientist Professor Stephen Smartt and a creative team led by Nerve Centre, Our Place in Space is a three-dimensional sculpture trail, interactive AR app and exciting learning and events programme.

Read more about it, signup to the newsletter and generally be wowed via the Our Place in Space website.

Our Place in Space is one of 10 projects commissioned for the Unboxed: Creativity in the UK 2022.
